Current• Lead HR and talent development efforts as key liaison for planning and execution of quarterly professional development days for Corporate Risk Management (CRM) and lead cohort of 20 change champions to pilot and launch new HR programs to department like Career Coaching and new MyCareer platform • Execute and lead efforts to enable organizational effectiveness like planning bi-monthly Town Halls for 200 employees, redesigning new employee onboarding experience and leading quarterly Team… Show more • Lead HR and talent development efforts as key liaison for planning and execution of quarterly professional development days for Corporate Risk Management (CRM) and lead cohort of 20 change champions to pilot and launch new HR programs to department like Career Coaching and new MyCareer platform • Execute and lead efforts to enable organizational effectiveness like planning bi-monthly Town Halls for 200 employees, redesigning new employee onboarding experience and leading quarterly Team Development and Effectiveness sessions• Serve as Project Manager and Change Manager for various initiatives with key project deliverables like project plans, communication plans, stakeholder analysis, sponsor key messages and building and managing SharePoint sites• Lead annual Strategic Planning for Enterprise & Operational Risk Management (EORM) to identify high-priority projects (Strategic Initiatives), define Strategic Objectives and report out quarterly progress against Success Measures• Lead EORM Strategic Initiatives portfolio management for 9 projects across 20+ project team members through monthly updates and teaching Project Management to key stakeholders• Facilitate and lead discussions with EORM leadership team and department employee engagement council to review quarterly Glint engagement scores and identify next steps Show less
