My skills and experience include, but are not limited to, extensive knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Excel, Word, Windows 10, Window 11, Mobile Iron,Nice application, I3 phone system (Genesis), and networking projects. I also perform IT related tasks as the helpdesk administrator for the call centers, corporate office, as well as for their remote agents, Coventry N24 nurses, Care coordinators, Penny Mac agents, Doctors, Managers, Executives, Clinical and triage nurses. Manage the shipping and receiving all IT equipment. Also, I order office supplies when needed, receive incoming packages/deliveries and assure continuous flow of work throughout the call centers and corporate office. I have knowledge and experience in opening and closing call center locations. I assist the Human Resource Department with employee-related tasks, and assist in answering a high volume of calls on the helpdesk line while working remotely and in the office. I am very reliable and dependable. I am able to adapt to different work environments very easily. I can handle the daily difficulties of a call center. I assist with various tasks within the call centers and corporate office to assure the clients the best possible service.
