Responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales, engineering and operations for global distribution of agricultural implements, utility vehicles and zero turn lawnmowers. Developed and implemented a restructuring turn around plan, closing one plant, starting international sales, increasing market share and upgrading the information system and use of internet..

Responsible for global compressor business profitability. Managed and coordinated the sales, product delivery, cost and quality of production in USA, Brazil, France, Hungary and Korea.

Managed a 3-shift 2M sq. ft. compressor manufacturing facility that produced 26,000 cmpressors per day. Led all operatioal functions through 10 direct reports and 3,000 IUE members. Implemented Lean processing and outsourcing of non core fabrication to support moving complete business into a 500,000 sq. ft. facility.

Full profit and loss responsibility for this UK aquisition with turnoverof $300 M. Managed internatonal sales, engineering, manufacturingand distribution. Addressed product performance issues and relaunched the mini-excavator product line with significant market share increase.Refocued sales and management team to improveprofitability and customer satisfaction.

Held several positions in operations from Plant Manager to CorporateManufacturing Services ending with General Manager Racine TractorPlt.Converted the Tractor Plt. to a build-to-order, high velocity, mixed model assembly plant. Doubled the output, reduced lead-time 80% and improved quality.
