I have a deep and trusting relationship with Jehovah God that comforts me and guides me in all of life's activities. Guided by His Bible principles, I strive to live up His standards each and every day. I have proven success in serving as a business coach to independent pharmacy. Years of observing and receiving counsel from industry leaders have instilled a creative and disciplined leadership style that encourages personal accomplishments while meeting team and company goals. I have demonstrated an excellent understanding of all business segments after thirty plus years experience in the pharmacy industry. Job responsibilities have progressed from pharmacy technician to pharmacy purchasing and inventory control, contract management, contract negotiation, and pharmacy department manager responsibilities (31 employees) including forecasting, trending, evaluation, and interpreting data for a large university pharmacy department. I have provided leadership by example with exemplary ethical values. Work on pharmacy committees and taking a leadership role in several pharmacy organizations, I have developed excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, successful time management skills, and goal setting. As an owner of a small homecare business I have developed unique entrepreneur mindset of perseverance, vision, and forward thinking skills. My experience as a pharmacy technician leader, instructor, an account manager for drug wholesaler business, manager of sales training, business development manager and business coach speaks to the determination and drive to succeed as a professional.I have a deep passion for the success of independent pharmacy in the pharmacy industry. I strongly desire to help maintain the prominent role of the independent pharmacist in the health care system.
