March 25, 2003 – December 31, 2013 - 29 Palms – Senior Project Manager responsible for multi-million dollar HVAC & Controls Upgrade through the Army Corp of Engineers under the UMCS II, UMCS III, ESS IV ESS V contracts involving chiller plant upgrades, new cooling towers, evaporative to cooling coils & controls retrofits, power metering installations, installation of instant-on water heating & controls, wireless communications and seamless integration into existing PWD system backbone, etc. Other JCFS/JCI Assignments/Projects:June 01, 2006 - January 25, 2007 - JFTB Los Alamitos – ESPC Project Manager responsible for the on-going ESPC which includes Water Conservation Retrofits, post-wide HID Lighting Retrofits and the installation of energy saving devices on cold drink machines. Additionally, assisting Sr. Manager in the construction of a 500 KW Co-Generation plant with an associated absorber chiller, tower, auxiliary boiler, etc.September 29, 2005 - December 21, 2006 – 29 Palms - Project Manager responsible for the installation/test and turnover of approximately 7 miles of Fiber Optic and Copper cabling between 29 Palms MCAGCC and the co-joining facility Camp Wilson through the ACOE under a UMCS II.January 03, 2006 – September 01, 2006 - Ft. Irwin – ESPC Project Manager responsible for the on-going ESPC which includes the construction/upgrade of 2 chiller plants, 11 boiler facilities, 220 Water Conservation Retrofits, post-wide HID Lighting Retrofits and the installation of energy saving devices on 270 cold drink machines.March 25, 2003 - January 2006 - 29 Palms – ESPC Project Manager responsible for multi-million dollar ground-up construction of 3, energy efficient chiller plants located at the 29 Palms MCAGCC.
