Developed valuation model for investment and development of assisted living facilities in the continental United States totaling $142 million and 7 facilities. Enterprise Analysis: Developed enterprise level financial model for use in strategic decision making, capital raising, and budgeting of start-up assisted living corporation with targeted valuation of $1 billion in assets in five years. Developed financial valuation model for use in reasonableness test of company enterprise model and capital raising activities.
