Supervisor for the Pipeline Maintenance team based in Prince George

Supervisor for the Transmission Planning Team.

Initial point of contact for all Transmission outages, interruptions; liaison with Pipeline Division Outage Coordinator & Gas Control for all Transmission PL needs.Pipeline Division Process Owner for: Consolidated Pipeline Division Long Range Work Plan (MS Project) Weekly Outage Schedule process Support Operations leaders to ensure all stations outages are as efficient as possible in order to minimize outages.Responsible for Availability/Reliability Performance Metrics.Stations Reliability - Compile report on monthly basis to OMS Manager.Reliability target - Compile report on monthly basis to OMS Manager.Ensure accuracy of Station weekly operations report.Demonstrated advocate, mentor and support, to Management and other employees in following Work Management and SAP planning processes.Collaborate with Area Planners and Work Coordinators to revise Long Range Work Plans and Work Schedules for the area to ensure we perform work that is properly planned and ready to execute.

Facilitate on-site work scoping and estimating for all types of routine and non-routine maintenance activities for the geographic planning area to ensure accuracy of the Work Package.Develop and revise Work Packages for routine and non-routine maintenance activities, including high-risk or complex jobs, for the geographic planning area to ensure the work is safe and cost effective while improving facility performance.Develop and revise Long Range Work Plans, Performing Work Lists, and Work Schedules for the geographic planning area to ensure we perform work that is properly prioritized, planned and ready to execute.Validate and confirm the accuracy of equipment data within SAP (e.g. bill of materials, maintenance strategy plans, equipment specifications etc).Develop and review planning documents by integrating Operations, Maintenance, Ops. Engineering, and EHS input into detailed work packages.Generate and support various facility and maintenance reports.Assist in Outage and capitol planning and scheduling.
