• Utilizing Wise Package Studio / Installshield to Integrate AIG in house applications into Windows 7 desktops / Xen Desktops• Working closely with application developers to ensure application are compliant with operating system• Troubleshooting in house applications using ProcMon , Beyond Compare, • Generating reports via APPDNA• Creating Private Assemblies and .Manifest files for the majority of our in house applications• Creating Desktop Standards for a Windows 7 rollout/migration• Creating applications packages for x32/x64 platforms.• Deploying applications through SCCM as well as a propriatary in house logon script via Perl scripts.

• Utilizing Symantec Wise Packaging Studio 8 Professional for application packaging• Working with Wise Application Isolation to ensure applications function properly without conflicting with other applications using shared DLL's and OCX's.• Applying VBScript and/or Winbatch custom actions to .MSI's to perform additional tasks• Creating transforms and applying necessary changes to vendor supplied MSI's• Packaging market data applications such as Bloomberg and Knight Direct for the TD Ameritrade Office 2010 environment• Packaging, testing and QA'ng application via VMWare.• Troubleshooting currently packaged applications and applying fixes for the current environment.• Performing third level help desk support for packaged applications• Working with Active Directory to ensure users can access application functions and features once the applicaitons are implemented into the environment.
