My key responsibilities are IT Vendor Management and World Wide Audio Visual Support of King & Spalding’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta. I work closely with King & Spalding’s IT vendors to foster and maintain a strong relationship with regards to supply chain and service level agreements. I am often called upon for strategic advice by the leadership team for selection of desktop, laptop and peripheral devices used at the enterprise level. Monitoring the asset management system and reporting is also required on a daily basis.I also support King & Spalding's audio visual system consisting of a Cisco Codian Bridge connecting to Cisco 35 C40 endpoints with worldwide audio visual conferencing capabilities. My key responsibilities in this role are assistance in selection of new audio visual equipment, setup, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
