• Develop strategic communication materials – press releases, website pages, donor magazine articles and solicitation letters – and collateral to increase public support and donations • Design and conduct outreach programs such as educational forums and company/ school/church dialogues for public information purposes and to mobilize support for the foundation’s various programs, leading to milestone legislative changes in the country’s existing organ donation laws in 2004• Sustain and enhance the organization’s goodwill through the effective management of public queries, requests and complaints from different stakeholders, including local media, corporate and individual donors
