Detail-oriented Solutions Engineer with a vast knowledge of designing proven Mitel architectures involving Unified communications for Voice, Chat, Video, Mobile, Remote Worker, Multi-Channel Contact Center, IVR, Call Recording Solutions, and CRM integrations. Handle support in the US/Central Region for clients in the SMB to Enterprise business segment. Work closely with Mitel Territory and Channel Account Managers, Business Partners, and High-Touch Direct Accounts, to deliver Mitel premise-based, cloud, and subscription solutions for clients.I started in 1996 as an install tech for Inter-tel, and found myself looking for more of a challenge a few years later. I took on my next role as a Systems Engineer in the Service Department for Inter-tel which allowed me to learn our system interworks by trouble shooting and finding satisfaction in solving customers challenges. I moved into a Sales Engineer role in 2008 with Inter-tel. I was asked to step into this role because of turning in multiple leads to sales, for which several deals closed. Mitel purchased Inter-tel there after, and I've been able to fine tune my skills as a Solutions Engineer ever since. Have 27 years’ of industry experience which includes installing and designing Mitel solutions during this time. I’ve been extremely fortunate to build several professional business relationships with partners, clients, and the family I work with at Mitel.
