Current· Support West Region clients in their Unified Communications and Collaboration journey· Direct buildout with strategic partners in the Central/West Region to establish new development and growth partners through product presentations and demonstrations, tailored partner training, migration assistance, feature/specification requirement analysis, final product quote creation, and RFP assistance· Focus on partner enablement to ensure new logo growth, sell wide and deep into existing customers, and migrate customers to a variety of Cloud offerings · Enhance customer experience by uncovering common challenges and gaps in executing cross-functional improvements while listening to the “voice of customer”· Present technical presentations and demonstrations for multi-level business stakeholders all while explaining in simple terms· Trained as a consultative channel professional to be able to identify and ascertain client needs, develop strategic partnerships, build relationships, while delivering solutions that integrate into customer backend systems such as Microsoft Dynamics/365 and Teams, G-Suite, Salesforce, & other web-based CRM’s using RESTful API’s and microservices to enable digital transformation on a variety of platforms like Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, Google, and Gen AI all while leveraging secure connections methods such as LDAP, OAuth, and SOAP· Presidents Club - 2021· Led support for several sales executives who achieved 100% Performa and President’s Club (multiple years)· Enabled cross-functional bridge as strategic SE Team Lead between Sales, Services, PLM, and R&D to identify top product enhancements; provided direct feedback to product line managers to enhance customer experience· Managed multiple Mitel product booths at yearly events for both internal and partner focused audiences consistently over the past 10 years· Drove systematic change which enabled strategic partnerships to position and sell Mitel’s Premise, Cloud, and Subscription offers
