After participating in events like I-talk and Theytalk (a debate) I was chosen to be director over the whole Italk practicumI helped put on seminars, Ted talk like events, and debates on the campus of BYU-I. I helped the managers guide their shows so that they would see success. I was in charge of the grades of the class. I was in charge of putting together a schedule that would take advantage of the class time that we had, in order to put on the best events. I managed a class of 15-25 people depending on the semester.
