Dennis is currently the Asia Pacific Head of Companies Financials for the Global Data Department as well as the Office Manager for the Korea Office. In his capacity as Product manager, he is responsible for business strategy, business development, project prioritisation and execution with team members from various Asia Pacific offices. Dennis has extensive experiences and interest in talent acquisition, development, retention and management. He oversaw recruitment programs across the region and established recruitment processes that has been implemented globally and across departments. Managing a team of leaders and department size close to 100 people, Dennis has strong people management skills, effective communication and ability to navigate ambiguous and complex problems with measurable and impactful outcomes. He has served as the APAC Chief Operating Officer for 2 years to the APAC Head of Global Data overseeing product strategy, business planning, operating budget, vendor resourcing and workforce planning for the region.
