Responsible for the management of a large rural co-educational state secondary school which consisted of 1100 pupils of which 400 were boarders.Oversaw the integration of the first black pupils in the school and the boarding facility.Established a Grade 8 Bridging Class for 40 pupils from Kanyamazane township which was funded by local business and industry.Spearheaded the upgrade and expansion of infra-structure to enhance curricular and co-curricular delivery.
