I was responsible for revamping Toronto Transit Commission's (TTC) revenue processes into state-of-the-art revenue collection system ("Open Fare System") while serving as lead technical, financial, and business advisor. I have provided insightful direction and guidance on the development of appropriate commercial terms.Noted Accomplishments:• Advised Mayor of Toronto, senior members of Mayor's staff, and TTC's executive management team on operating and public policy considerations.• Served as lead technical advisor to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) in Philadelphia.• Developed technical specifications and concept of operations for SEPTA's open fare system worth $127M.
