Helping corporate Men and Women, ages 40-60, achieve their goals in fitness and health. My focus is on helping clients get stronger, lose weight and body fat and build more endurance to lead a healthy, fit life. Partnered closely with Vice President of Nike Fuel on creation of organizational strategy. Designed and maintained balanced scorecard to track seasonal line plan. Collaborated cross-functionally with teams from sales / marketing, design, development, global planning / sourcing, engineering and footwear product testing. Held seat at leadership table in making decisions for upcoming seasonal priorities.• Built processes and filters to bring products to market (design to retail) in less than 10 months and enabled the team to bring innovations to market in half the time. Supported Nike’s Consumer Direct Offense. • Developed and maintained Nike Fuel Playbook, providing product creation teams with easy access to detailed processes.

Managed development and manufacturing teams across 6 factories within China. Oversaw manufacturing of footwear product lines that generated upwards of $250M. Led team of 10 resources with focus on footwear development, engineering, product testing, materials and costing. Traveled within China and throughout Asia to work with factory partners.• Acted as Nike liaison between Nike Headquarters and Asia Manufacturing leadership. • Inspired and led teams to achieve as career professionals, teaching individuals to become Nike leaders both through their voices and actions. • Reduced quality issues by performing daily production line walks and inspections and communicating with WHQ on product concerns and deadlines. • Coached and led 3 assigned resources in successfully passing footwear promotional board.

Led and coached 10 global footwear analysts. Directed and led footwear testing for “Only-Nike” product within global football, cleated, M+W training and tennis. Created and managed fiscal budget for team. Partnered with key stakeholders within specific category business. Managed resources located in North America, Europe and Brazil.• Championed the Voice of the Athlete (Consumer), capturing consumer insights on new and upcoming footwear technologies. • Elevated footwear product testing voice within leadership through compelling presentation, social, and networking skills.

Managed team of 8 footwear product testing analysts within Nike Innovation. Drove individual performance reviews and career development plans. Interviewed and hired new analysts.• Co-developed analyst guidebook around testing procedures and protocols, achieving consistency across all category analysts and providing onboarding training guide for all new team members. • Created and drove plan for Nike Golf to hire testing analyst, providing enhanced product excellence and product security for Golf department. • Engaged analyst team in building new testing program plans and tester databases based on product brief, enabling appropriate demographic to test footwear products.

Directed team of 6 testing analysts. Assisted in creating testing protocols and plans. Developed and recruited appropriate testing resources based on size needs and demographics.• Established testing program plans around North Star Innovation projects in basketball, running, cleated, and training, resulting in tailored programs based on category, innovation, and identified consumer.• Analysis of consumer use and insights around test footwear through Qualtrics surveys and wearlogs as well as in-person and phone interviews.
