Oversaw in-house advertising/PR agency Conceived, wrote, produced all television, radio and print advertising and oversaw media placement.Vice President, Advertising, 1995-2001Allegheny Health, Education & Research Foundation Responsible for brand development of statewide health system. Attained and maintained “consumer preference” over larger UPMC system in the Pittsburgh market, as documented by independent consumer surveys conducted on behalf of major healthcare insurer. Attained high awareness and acceptance of the Allegheny brand in Philadelphia within six months of expanding system into that fourth- ranked national media market. Successfully launched the first woman’s hospital in Philadelphia. Developed several award winning media campaigns which resulted in significant increases in patient census throughout the system.
