Managed client teams across content, sales, marketing, circulation, production, finance, and systems to modify current processes to align to a new operating model that reduced print publication frequency and increased the deployment of content across digital platforms. - Production and Circulation Restructuring Planning and Implementation - Led senior client team of a major news organization in the planning and consolidation of their production and circulation business units. Project managed the creation of a detailed work plan of all restructuring efforts, including operations redesign, organizational design, workforce reductions, technology requirements, metrics identification, stakeholder communications, and risk and mitigation plans. - Broadcast News Operating Model Redesign - Responsible for guiding a team of 20 client team members across broadcast and online properties to identify process and role improvements to more efficiently deliver content, reduce production costs, eliminate redundancy, and improve customer experience. - Educational Publishing Digital Operating Model Redesign - Led the development of a high level digital transformation plan for the education division of a major publisher. Created operating model that specifically addressed the elimination of siloed operations, improved sharing of resources and information, eliminate redundancy, and cost savings.
