I am a tutor/teaching assistant for the Optical System and Physical Optics course. This course has three components: main lecture, lab, and a discussion section. Optometry students learn about the principles of optical systems, principles and clinical applications of aperture and stops, aberrations, optical instruments, and optics of the eye. Selected topics in physical optics: diffraction, interference, polarization.

Multi-Subject Tutor:-Free online tutoring open to all UC Merced students for subjects ranging from, but not limited to, mathematics, science, software engineering, philosophy, cognitive science, and more-Manager of the tutoring program-Create meeting times, location, and schedules for fellow tutors and students-Highly experienced with Zoom and providing students the most beneficial virtual tutoring sessions possible-Managing my team of tutors and distributing them evenly over a specified amount of students relative to their study of expertise -Consistently working to maximize teaching ability, improve information retention, and enable meaningful interactions among tutors and students alike
