We didn't know how to.Standard playbooks, shooting more emails, pouring in more leads wasn’t solving the problem.And then we managed to lift our lead-close rate from 12% to 15% within 90 days.Simply by introducing a scoring model and real-time alerts.The sales reps loved the visibility (and obviously the effects on their performance).This is where bont was born: Using data to navigate sales teams.I exited the company in 2023 and started diving deeper into the B2B Sales conversion problem.Today, companies are using bont’s pipeline prioritisation, deal insights and AI guidance to know which deal to focus on.We consolidate various data signals - such as product usage, website behavior, and interactions - to base decisions and forecasts on data instead of gut feeling. I'm passionate about partnering with B2B Sales teams to help them stop losing deals due to missing insights and advice.
