Amidst the challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, I devoted myself to a programme encompassing diverse areas of leadership, contingency planning, and effective communication. Although the implementation of acquired knowledge was limited, I gleaned invaluable insights from this experience. Furthermore, I engaged in illuminating discussions surrounding sustainability, leadership, and the imperative of maintaining a cohesive team spirit, thus deepening my understanding of these critical subjects.
