Directly report to the DSP team manager, focused on the DSP firmware development for RF signal and DC range signal collection and processing. Experienced in projects of LTE RRH.

- Take direction from R&D manager and WIS management team. - Work and guide active design team in development of RF Front circuit design, LNAs and other RF components- Product qualification and test methods optimization- Prodcut design transfer (from Demark R&D center to Shanghai R&D center)

- Responsibility of RF module, system control / monitor circuit design, DC power suopply - Responsibility of firmware / test software development for products and test platform- Key player between design center and manufacturing plants with focused on active circuit problems

- Responsibility of new modules' control / monitor circuit design with firmware development (such as BBA, Booster, FEU for UT and EDU for Huawei...)- Responsibility of providing maintenance of products transfer (such as Nokia, Siemens, Motorola and TMA production lines)
