Merchant Analyst is one of the role within Physical Goods - Central Department, which focuses on managing the core operation needs related to physical goods sellers (merchants) and their buyers.As a Merchant Analyst Intern, I'm responsible for:- Evaluated and compared 3 e-commerce platforms service level agreements (SLA) for customer order fulfillment across 4 delivery scenarios, identifying best practices and enhancing operational efficiency.- Performed detailed analysis of 500+ highest gross merchandise value (GMV) brands to determine their presence on Tokopedia, assessing competitive advantage and identifying gaps.- Investigated merchant's onboarding, order settlement, and complaint policies of 3 e-commerce platforms, leading to strategic initiatives to increase customer & seller retention and improve process efficiency.
