Ensure the availability of application services to the company internally through data generated from analysis, consultation, recommendations, development, supervision and maintenance activities quickly and precisely to support operational activities as well as sales, marketing & finance development strategies to achieve productivity growth based on work plans and System Operation Procedure (SOP) that applies in the company.

* Manage parallel BI projects in Business Units of Kapal Api Group (Agel Langgeng, Excelso Multi Rasa, Fastrata Buana, Santos Jaya Abadi, Santos Premium Krimer)* Formulates and recommends standards of BI Dashboards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency* Champion data quality, integrity, and reliability throughout the Business Units by designing and promoting best practice* Digging for user's requirements* Collaborate with Application Team to developing dashboards and analytics reports required by user and management* Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members* Review and research new technologies for better solutions

* Formulates and recommends standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency* Participates in the planning for retirement of systems programs, and migration of systems infrastructure* Develop business cases for department to get buy-in from senior management* Interview stakeholders and develop BI roadmap for success given project prioritization and budget* Evangelize self-service BI and visual discovery while helping to change Excel based culture* Champion data quality, integrity and reliability throughout the department by designing and promoting best practices* Digging for user’s requirement* Dashboard improvement* Provide assistance to team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge* Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members* Provide technical training to external team members to foster stronger cross-departmental relations* Manage parallel project

* Developing BI dashboards from Oracle Module using QlikView.* Developing Oracle Reports and Forms using Oracle Developer 10g.* Support the client in running non oracle program.* Support oracle system application.* Error handling.* Provide information and solution to the user about the problems of Oracle Reports and QlikView Dashboards.
