• Develop full-scale project Management plans and associated communications for Budget & Resource management for the Project. • Communicate with project stakeholders for any technical issues related to the project and according to the communication plan.• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Monitoring and controlling work progress according to track Project Milestone and Deliverables based and compare it with the Scheduled project Plan and ensure the completion of the project in time and Budget. • Achieving the monthly invoicing target, budgeting and Forecasting.• Liaison with client/consultants to sort out technical issues and reports to Division manager following by the Risk assessment / Risk register.• Coach , mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and sub-contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work• Monitoring and controlling work progress according to the project schedule plan for Milestones & Derivables.• Prepare the project progress with site information on weekly/Daily reports.• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Division manager from time to time.• Verification of BOQ to actual and report the variation to the Division manager.• Supervise Installation as per scope and according to approved drawings and specifications.• Cooperate with client / consultant representatives for resolving the project related issues and clearing them away depending on site conditions.• Arrange final documentation with the technical teams and follow with the client to sign the final completion certificate.

• Responsible for managing the Projects Department, scheduling the installation and the completion of the projects. • Ensures proper support to the Sales department in giving advices on the proper product and time required for completing the projects.• Responsible for all Projects are properly installed, tested and commissioned and handed over ensuring the highest quality standard.• Handling the emergency cases in the field and providing the effective and economical solution.• Preparing the Job Order Execution reports; familiar with the ISO certified environment.• Handling ISO inspection (internal/external) process and meeting the requirements of Quality Procedure standards.• Ensuring adherence to the schedules by Installation and Maintenance team.• Planning and procurement of installation materials are tested and are as per the requirement of the site.• Ensure that completion certificate is signed by the client and handed over for invoicing.• Achieving the monthly invoicing target, budgeting and Forecasting.• Adherence to Quality Management System procedure and its performance.• Ensuring the maximum productivity of the installation team in order to achieve the invoicing target within a motivate atmosphere.

• Maintain a daily record of business opportunities (pipeline) and business won / lost.• Respond to client inquiries and preparations of proposals and PowerPoint presentation.• Liaison with the client after the project is awarded for Planning and procurement of installation material as per the requirement of the site. • Coordination with the site contractors to ensure proper provision of containment and services • Scheduling Installation Team • Commissioning the systems and training the client representative.• Reporting to General Manager.
