CurrentIf you're currently seeking new opportunities, have general questions about the job market or just want to network I'm more than happy to chat!• Utilize an established recruiting methodology to attract qualified candidates interested in contract, contract-to-hire and direct employment.• Source candidates through an internal database, advertising, Internet, business contacts, networking events and direct recruiting.• Meeting with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences.• Conduct office interviews and reference checks.• Present job opportunities to candidates.• Negotiate contract terms.• Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.• Mining for new business opportunities and referral.• Strong recruiting fundamentals, with an understanding of the full life cycle recruiting process.• Strong business acumen, with a firm understanding the web/internet market space.• Working with various recruiting applications, including ATS’s, job boards and Linkedin Recruiter.• Interface and work with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leaders at various stages of the Recruiting Process• Help create attractive job descriptions
