During my internship term, I completed the following: • Performed destructs of all the BMW G1-G7 models and created a KPI which showed a clear timeline for when the rectifiers in the E-Coat stage of pretreatment failed to meet standards.• Reworked outdated process standardization guides for stage one and two of the production line • Executed a root cause analysis of the insufficient E-coating of underside of the G05 and the F16 by documenting all of the variations before and after the paint bar is removed.

Greater Atlanta Area

• Contributed to Georgia Tech’s NASA student launch initiative team which demonstrated a launch in Huntington, Alabama on February 24, 2018. • Operated within the five member Rover Deployment Sub-team to support the overlaying structure with ATS, Avionics, and Airframe teams. • Designed Rover using SolidWorks and 3D printed using with ABS framed with G12 Fiberglass body totaling Rover at 37.38 lbs.

Greater Atlanta Area

• Partnered with NASA to create simulations of drones carrying various loads to assist with the safety concerns for local aerial delivery including Amazon Prime Air. • Experimentally modeled slung load with gimbal mount whose purpose was to create free flowing movement so the encoders could measure the angular positions of the load. • Calculated the slung load parameters using MATLAB/Simulink and found them to be in line with physically measured values.

Greater Atlanta Area

• Used SolidWorks to create a working 3D model of a sustainable quadcopter designed to assist farms in tasks, including irrigation, seeding, and pest control. • Animated and rendered quadcopter models under various lighting and environment conditions.
