My role was to guide the post-merger integration change process and I was the program manager responsible for 4 programs of the transformation:1. Digital transformation:Development of the digital strategy and realization plan based on SalesForce technology NN Belgium;Country lead Belgium for the strategic cooperation between 4 NN International countries and International Head Office to build a joint engagement/digital strategy. Front runner countries were Belgium, Spain, Czech Republic and Bulgaria;Developing first milestones: As independent insurance brokers are vital to the distribution and management of the life policy offerings of NN Life, focus was on enabling their work. This lead to a roadmap that started with:Developing the (data)foundations for the customer 360 view including a Master Data Management approach; Digitizing the event management process for marketing events and broker interaction;Starting development of a new broker portal for sales and administration of policies2. Connectivity and process optimization:Focus on establishing connections between the NN Life/Delta Lloyd Life back-offices with external tooling and the own CRM systems of brokers to digitize policy administration and sales. Process optimization through the adoption of RPA for transforming non-digital processes into new digital flows in a legacy domain.3. Program manager Rebranding Delta Lloyd to NN Life:Responsible for the operational rebranding of all communication platforms (digital, paper, commercial) and oversight on the new brand development and rebranding campaign.4.
