Verify production numbers are accurately reported. Enter or adjust daily production entries. Enter daily secondary scrap for inventory reversals prior to month end.Prepare production order forms based on customer requirements and provide packet to floor with prioritization.Sort all incoming documents from production floor and review packets, ensure accuracy and completeness of log sheets. Communicate to the team as needed. Sign-off on finished packets (maintain filing system). Assist secondary in maintaining the schedule to ensure on-time deliveries with secondary ops.Monitor the open order report and adjust production orders to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate with floor personnel in ensure production requirements are maintained.Work with quality to ensure product standards are maintained.Ensure all documents are maintained and current within our quality system.If new documents are required, ensure that they are produced.
