The business case centered on linking pay to performance through new programs and a simplified, graphical user interface. As Product Owner I work with stakeholders to develop a Roadmap and detailed features. MVP1 included establishing Google cloud environments, developing the new back end, and creating base user features. REACT was used to create a graphics-based experience for the user. The back-end processes were re-designed and ported to the cloud. Empower 2.0 - linking performance to pay• delivered MVP1 in 3 months• delivered the entire re-write in 18 months• managed over 4,000 epics, features, and backlog for a team of up to 17 developers.Empower X 2025 - applying AI to improve coaching insight and financial model efficiency. Roadmap features include: • AI Assist – leverage the more common AI functions such as summarize, rewrite, suggest, and other functions to improve coaching clarity. • Call Assist – apply AI in voice to text, text analysis, and summarization. The two models will listen to conversations then summarize strengths and create coaching points. • Coaching Insight – capture manager input from monitored conversations and suggest the best behavioral improvement recommendations. • Scorecard Balance – analyze metric attainment and suggest optimal targets for Scorecards, noting both the financial impact and impact to agents. Utilized Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, Scrum and Figma.
