• Act as stand-in auctioneer on top-performing ships - short contract work, high pressure, high team turnover, high revenue targets • Business aid - Analyse, diagnose, repair and implement changes to work environments to increase revenue and positive change within Art Auction Programs (SMART objectives) • Report team performance to National Sales Managers • Evaluate team members performance on a month to month basis

• Second in charge of operations and scheduling• Line manager to associates and art proprietors.• Setup auction venues for +/- 300 artworks in a satellite location away from the gallery.• Implement instructions set out by principle auctioneer – auction setup’s, gallery exhibitions display and VIP events• Balancing of sales and expenses for finance team at the end of a voyage (Weekly basis) • All implementation of marketing to clients with the directive from the auctioneer • Responsible for executing 30% of sales in art
