All of the beforementioned responsibilities in Clinical Design Quality Control Engineer plus:• Providing sustainable support and analysis for the team to keep approval rate, feedback rate, non-conformity/complaint rates within the target;• Providing regular presentations sessions based on received complaints, non-conformities, feedbacks;• Supporting start of new projects;• Continuously gather team or process needs and escalate to the relevant peers, support scripts and software development as technical expert;• Actively contribute in Work Instruction and Standard Operative Procedure updates;• Feedback system evaluation with further process improvements;• Active collaboration with responsible in other offices to align quality control and design process.

Main responsibilities: •3D modelling and technical quality control of patient specific guides/splints in CADs for orthognathic/mandible reconstruction/maxillary reconstruction/cranial vault reconstruction/distraction surgeries and full anatomical models with PEEK PSI guides for additive manufacturing engineering using SLA, SLS, DLP technologies; •Preparing case specific reports for surgeon in English, French and Portuguese;•Clinical quality control of guides and models for orthognathic surgery.Secondary responsibilities: •Maintaining an internal wiki site.•Testing internal software/scripts before release.•Mentoring of newcomers.•Writing instructions to standardize the internal work process.
