My role was to establish a new team and working processes to deliver on projects that were already in a challenging position from a delivery perspective.I performed various functions from Solutions Architecture to Project Management.It was very important that I understood all the projects the team was working on and the current issues the client was having. This played a key role in me understanding how to guide the team to go forward with the projects.Once the team was established and started to deliver on projects, I could steer the client into adopting PBT’s generic business intelligence solutions. Myself and the team prepared and attended many presentations and workshops in multiple countries in the Middle-East, eventually managing to convince the client to take a new direction in the way business intelligence is being used in business.The new system was implemented successfully and we managed to decommission to old infrastructure successfully as well.
