1．Establishment of Overseas Logistics Company, team formation, site selection and warehousing, leading the team to formulate business processes for each department according to local conditions；2．Formulate strategic plans and business plans for overseas companies at various stages, to set sub-development goals for each region；3．leading the team to achieve business efficiency objectives and various management objectives, to achieve the business objectives of the region;4．According to the business plan of overseas company, build a reasonable company structure and management system, set up an efficient management team, organize and formulate cost control process and management methods.5. in order to turning loss into profit, leading the team for new business development for overseas company； 6. 1. Responsible for supply chain management in whole China.2. Participate in formulate company development plan、yearly operation planning and budget, organize and implement supply chain plan.3. Design and optimizing the supply chain mode, establish and perfect the work process in purchasing、transportation、warehousing and distribution. Enforce monitor and management, guarantee the logistics service quality, keep optimizing according to the change of company business.4. Establish the WMS as core logistics management system, in favor of analyzing and optimizing the whole supply chain system.5. Control the cost of each logistics.6. Establish the system of supplier development、maintenance and evaluate standard, Analyze KPI, perform root cause analysis, drive improvement plans7. Global transportation management、custom clearance management、warehouse management and China distribution management.8. Establish and manage logistics team, design and implement the training plan, daily work guiding and control the implement.
