Duties required me to audit employees, and high dollar claims.Including correspondence with attorneys regarding third-party lien agreements, trust benefits laws and contractual processing. This role encompasses the daily inventory reports on monetary outflow for the office and directing overall work flow. I also ensured employees were adequately trained on appropriate claim processing procedures. I answer phones when needed. I worked the front desk when needed.
