This would give a real focus to have posts online ready for this bulge in visits. During the other three weeks, pupils get to visit and comment on other blogs in their quad. David was headhunted to build the Education Training Hub as Lead Partner. From appointing the Advisory Board to overseeing the creation of over 400 online and face to face courses for the education sector.

Headteacher of this amazing school. I was asked to temporarily step in as Headteacher to cover the absence of the in post Head as they needed a HT in place. I mixed this position with the beginnings of my freelance work working 3 days at the school and 2 days around the UK. Hard but great! Day 2 of my post as Headteacher, we got the Ofsted call. Outcome was 'Good'.

After the resignation of the Headteacher, I was the Headteacher leading the school and improving provision building on the amazing success we had using blogging to transform writing standards from 9% Level 5 to 60% Level 5 in just 12 months.

HeathfieldCPS is a multi-award winning school that has embraced new technology to help raise standards. Blogging is a tool that is used each day to give the pupils a turely global audience.
