-Transferred to a more product-focused engineering department and worked with both Reliability and New Product Development teams.-Collaborated with Reliability Engineering for a Quality Improvement Program (QIP) on an older product, including highly accelerated life testing (HALT) and development of a highly accelerated stress screen (HASS) profile, which resulted in increased durability and stability of the product as well as a better estimation of field life.-Provided an extensive database entry of company-determined deratings on the individual components of the product which assisted the Quality Improvement team in determining the mean time between failures.-Provided testing and reporting for new product development, specifically in the area of thermal stress. This uncovered numerous before unseen, now foreseeable problems with the product and thus helped eliminate them before the design reached the field.-Designed the mechanical construction of a simple electrical assembly modification initiated by an Enterprise Change Order (ECO) which resulted in higher reliability and foreseeable life of the product.-Assisted in the construction of a mock chassis of the new product which allowed the team to test different component configuration without the added effort of taking apart the unit.; -Obtained knowledge in the basic theory and application of compliance testing and reporting.-Updated an in-house database driven website to reflect CE certification which provided various product departments with easy access to these documents. This in turn reduced the amount of time spent searching the intranet portal.-Learned various safety and EMC testing procedures which effectively increased my own knowledge of the numerous safety and radio frequency transmission problems along with some of their solutions.-Provided heavy labor cleaning the compliance laboratory which provided a faster and more efficient workflow.

-Provided labor for loading of Mylar sheet into the main robotic web machine for coating with photographic emulsion.-Assisted with maintenance of schedule database, which was parsed by the robotic machine for an accurate coating procedure.

-Duplicated audio and video media for sale during weekend church services and for filling of orders. Maintained summary database of all mastered media.-Quick and efficient work duplication which resulted in turnaround rate of less than a week even for some orders which had been lost for over a year.-Accurate database maintenance allowed for easy-to-find mastering system which even led to some duplication of fifteen to twenty-year-old archived audio messages.
