I am a commercial pilot with 8 years of industry experience, specializing in aviation communication and language proficiency training.During my time at the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA), I served as a Linguistics Expert and Examiner, where I assessed the language proficiency of aviation professionals to ensure compliance with international standards. This role sharpened my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of the critical role communication plays in aviation safety. I worked closely with pilots, controllers, and other key personnel to enhance their communication skills and ensure operational safety in both domestic and international airspaces.In addition to my work with the SACAA, I am the founder and owner of Terraform Language School, a leading language school in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Over the past 3 years, our program has produced nearly 100 successful graduates, specializing in aviation English and other professional communication skills. As a Brazilian national who grew up in South Africa, my passion grew for education and innovation that now drives me to create programs that empower non-native English speaking individuals to achieve their professional language goals.With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and Linguistics, I bring a unique perspective that blends human behavior with effective communication strategies.
