Data Analytics - Dashboard and Scorecard Development - Working with a combination of business intelligence software platforms (Power BI, Cognos, etc) my team builds and develops metric visualizations highlighting core metrics and areas of opportunities for a 800 person operations team. Additionally, we work with end-users to provide an interactive platform to scenario model as well as perform/provide in-depth research on current gap-to-forecast areas.2. Project Management - Currently leading a team to source, install and manage telematics devices on nearly 8,000 vehicles across 11 states (includes I.C.E, PHEV and EV's). The project requires the ability to manage contracting between the vendor and AEP, product testing between the vendor and the end-user, user acceptance testing, quality assurance testing (from a data integrity perspective) and also requires the ability to communicate the multiple levels of internal stakeholders (executives to device installers to end-users) to ensure 3. Employee Culture - Work with employee groups and executive management to define where improvements can be made in processes, overall communication, employee morale, diversity hiring, and daily expectations. 4. Employee Safety - I am currently the Program Manager for AEP's In-cab Drive Camera program. Since inception in 2018 this program has helped reduce vehicles accidents, reduce the severity of accidents as well as reduce auto liability claims by 60%.5. Electric Vehicle Program Management - Work with teams from Facilities, Specifications, and Operations to ensure AEP is on target with their commitment to increase the Electric vehicle footprint. This role requires understanding of vehicle delivery forecasting, charger infrastructure analysis and build out as well as cost analysis and sensitivity to ensure the optimal Total Cost of Ownership is achieved.
