Ensure compliance, and implement for a coordinated response to incidents in the county.-Maintain and develop relationships with area volunteer organizations in order to keep informed of their ability to assist and respond in an emergency or disaster.-Maintain and develop memorandums of understanding.-Maintain 800 MHz radio communication networks and systems, demonstrate a high degree of proficiency regarding maintenance, repair, programming, and configuration of the various consoles, and radios.-Liaison or point of contact for the radio coordinator and dispatch regarding 800 MHz radio communication needs. Ordering of equipment, and general knowledge of the dispatch center.-Assist in maintenance of communication facilities including radio sites, track and renew FCC licenses as necessary.-Perform Central Minnesota Emergency Services Board (CMESB) Regional System Administration functions for the region, Status Board, Radio Cache, and STR.-Plan, implement, and test the county emergency communications systems. Provide technical guidance and training for the ARMER 800 MHz system, sirens, phones, and CodeRed.-Represent Sherburne County in meetings, planning sessions, exercises, and drills.-Respond as required in the event of an emergency.-Research, preparation writing, and submission of grant applications related to the Emergency Services Division, and the Sherburne County Sheriff's Office.-Planning and coordination of E.O.C drills and exercises, attend training sessions and developmental courses as appropriate and required.
