Took the fourth-largest territory to the highest performing territory before promotion to General Manager. Hosted weekly and monthly sales meetings, tracked sales of each rep, and used positive motivation techniques to increase sales. Managed supplier relationships, key chains, and a team of 18 sales representatives, 9 merchandisers/drivers, 5 warehouses.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Grew a small existing territory from 25 to over 100 accounts, both on and off premise. Sold large and small wine, spirit, and bar supply brands in a highly competitive market with over 50 distributors and no monopolies on liquor. · Increased annual sales by 300%+; gross revenue of territory exceeded $2M.· Suppliers included: Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits.
