A passion for design and creating, I’ve spent my career in a designer role or managing a team of other designers. Starting as a solar designer, and working up to managing a small team, to overseeing a state, and overseeing a region. I’ve been blessed to work in an industry that I love and have worked with many incredible, hard working people. I love creating things that make an impact, and I love leading others! Along with solar and building design, I am passionate about creating an environment of design from a blank canvas, whether that be a social graphic, an empty room, or the buildout of a remodel/new construction. Outside of work, I also enjoy volunteering at my church and leading the design and social media team. I'm all for anything outdoors, camping in my ROAM RTT, going to the local Waco farmers market, movie nights, Baylor games, and spending time with my wife and 2 daughters.
