Developed the creation of an S3 bucket, KMS key and IAM role within AWS to allow our data privacy tool the use of a private cloud storage to hold our data on the Southwest Airlines side. Collaborated with the marketing team to develop embedded forms on Southwest.com, enabling customers and employees to manage their personal information securely, including options for access, deletion, opt-out, and correction.Orchestrated the integration of two Single Sign On (SSO) instances in collaboration with the CSEE team and the Securiti vendor. Additionally, established the MyAccess permission management process for both testing and production environments of the data privacy tool.Acted as the system administrator for Securiti. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and revoking user accounts to ensure proper permissions and access control within the tool.Worked closely with a diverse range of teams, including Enterprise Cloud DevOps & Frameworks, Cloud Common Platform team (CCP), Cloud Platform Engineering, Change Management, Gitlab, Network Security, Cybersecurity Engineering operations, Securiti vendor, Federated Identity, Email, DASH, Marketing, Southwest.com, Customer Experience & Digital, Architecture, and more.
