Mobilization Officer/Senior Project Manager
Current-Responsible for directing and executing all pre-mobilization training as the Officer in Charge of requirements prior to deployment. This includes requirements such as medical, dental, training, immunization, administrative duties, Government passport, RFI requests, SIPR token request etc. -Responsible for coordinating as necessary with inter-service representatives to meet the battle roster requirements. -Work with inter-service representatives to co-host a yellow ribbon 1 and 2. -Helps establish the BN logistic support in support of the ARFORGEN cycle of “Always Available”.-Develops project plans and then deliver the project plan to achieve business results. Develop, manage and maintain up-to-date MS Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies and resource constraints, applying appropriate project scheduling techniques.-Critical skills needed to perform the job include enterprise leadership and facilitation, collaboration, attention to detail, significant experience and demonstrated proficiency in MS Project, and demonstrated business acumen, project management, communication, process management and team performance management.
