Work with cross-functional teams within compliance and customer care to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in current auditing processes. Create consistency across the business for all auditing methods and develop automation in processes to eliminate manual work with the use of SAS, Teradata (SQL), and Unix. Test third party applications with cost / benefit analysis to create more efficiencies within the business.

Retrieve, analyze, and prepare data from Teradata and Microsoft SQL for testing purposes. Identify potential gaps throughout several NRC departments and processes. Prepare, validate, and present daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Leadership responsibilities include employee development to improve and sustain team productivity and moral.
