I'm Derek Bruton, Co-Founder/Managing Member of Ridgeline Land Services LLC and a Senior Land Services Consultant with a wealth of experience in all phases of land acquisition and leasing. Over the years, I have honed my skills in title research, survey permitting, right-of-way acquisition, leasing, government agency permitting, construction coordination, and damage claim settlement. My background encompasses a wide range of energy services projects, including wind and solar farm leasing, large transmission line acquisitions, pipeline acquisitions and construction, data mining and battery storage leasing and acquisitions, surface site acquisitions, oil leasing, and more. I have had the privilege of working on projects across multiple states in the U.S., where I have cultivated strong relationships with property owners to negotiate effectively. My experience also includes coordinating with survey crews and construction managers during the construction phases of various projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. I am passionate about bringing my expertise in land energy services to the table and contributing to successful and innovative energy solutions.
