Under the direction of Global Sales leadership, I'm part of a support team focused on delivering innovative solutions and world class support to large global organizations. We enable our customers to meet business and technology challenges head-on, so that enterprise, departmental, and individual stakeholder goals are achieved. Each company is unique so, using a Customer First approach, my goal is to present the right solution at the right time to the right people.As an Account Manager, I am responsible for collecting customer’s spend optimization objectives and delivering value across many of SHI’s primary offerings including Microsoft Services, Software Volume Licensing, and Long Tail Spend Management. Within each of these segments, I tailor recommendations to the customer’s needs by offering additional services that include Software Renewal Management, Software Asset Management Services, and Corporate Training, among others.
