Current● Developed layout test cases in LayoutXL to validate pass/fail outcomes for each DRC rule in accordance with the DRM.● Utilized Python to extract values from a spreadsheet based on key parameters, replacing error-prone hardcoded Skill code and effectively reducing human error to zero.● Developed Python code to parse Linux paths and text files generated during tapeouts, producing a list of utilized IPs and identifying obsolete cells. This solution replaced a designer-maintained AWK script with a more robust and flexible Python script now managed by the CAD team.● Developed a flow that automated Place and Route for a simple decoder, generating a GDS used to validate both the digital (lef/timing model) and the LVS/DRC physical verification decks.● Transferred legacy CAD documentation from an outdated wiki platform to SharePoint, improving accessibility and document management for the CAD team.
