- Co-developing the Illegal Parking Reporting, Help Neighbour and Book Public Facilities features for the LifeSG (mobile/web) and OneService app.- Assisting in duties to monitor and fix any erroneous events on the e-Birth Registration portal.

- Led the Amazon Web Services and Polygon backend development for a Web3 social enterprise web platform that financially and socially supports special need artists.- Worked closely with the co-founders and frontend developers to implement, deploy and test Amazon Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Venly single-sign-on and the Polygon blockchain within a short turn-around time. Additionally, setting up the Git development environment, using Gitlab and Serverless, for a smooth CI/CD workflow.- With the backend services ready for launch, the company was able to refocus their resources into branding and business development, expediting the timeline by 4 weeks, in time for a December 2022 market launch.

- Contributed to a handful of diverse ICT projects, from in-house applications to collaborations with our industry partners, some of which involved machine learning.- Initiated the development of the Stay Home Notice Enforcer web application, which evolved into a solution for the community reporting of domestic violence for PAVE, called the Community Guardian. (Link to article included)- Worked closely with data engineers to identify the pain points in their workflow and successfully drove the self-initiated development of several micro web applications to conduct mass data labelling in a rich, visualized interface, done in close partnership with the Building and Construction Authority.- Co-designed several serverless backend applications that uses git for the source code management, and deployed on Amazon Web Services.- Applied agile methodologies and Scrum project practices.

- Assisted in the port over process of a few hundred phone lines to a new telco.- Coordinated closely with the telco and delivery couriers for the safe delivery of new SIM cards and handsets to the respective end-users.- Updated the user database with crucial employee data and phone contract information, whilst ensuring data security.- Helped the end-users safely transfer their phone data from the old handsets to the new handsets.- Assisted the end-users in the installation work of all the required apps (e.g. VPN, Authenticator) on the new handsets issued.- Created a FAQ page on the company's intranet wiki, to allow staff members to easily refer to any help that they might require after my contract ends.

- Co-developed an Edu-tech IoT platform called Maker Motes, a sensor platform stack designed to educate students on data gathering and analysis.- Co-developed several micro:bit curriculum for STEM-related activities in our partner schools.- Worked closely with fellow researchers in different parts of the region.- Provided training support for the teachers collaborating with the research team.- The rollout facilitated the advancement of STEM education in our partnering schools across Southeast Asia, most notably Bandung, Indonesia. - Initiated the development of several in-house Python applications for use in our research projects.- Led the design of spatial, immersive virtual environments in Second Life and OpenSim for learning opportunities, in subjects like Geography, Literature, Art and Craft, as well as Design and Technology.- Regularly participated in user research with a faculty of teaching staff to understand and co-develop lesson plans and level designs for the virtual environment.- Co-designed several virtual reality, augmented reality, robotics, as well as IoT applications as part of an exploratory journey to test and gauge the potential of how some of these technologies could be incorporated into mainstream education in Singapore.
