Responsible for inventory management of spares part, which include planning, purchasing, warehousing, freight, distribution and system setup across APAC to support Aftermarket sales and service.Key Achievements- Oversee rollout of ATP (Availability to Promise) and provide guidance to business.- Successfully transfer of 3PL warehouses with stabilization achieve within one month.- Significantly improve fulfillment rate of spares part from acquired business from 60% to ~90% - Involve in major ERP transfer and system integration project involving ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management), Advance Planning Software and SMS (Service Management) and successfully stabilized processes in 1 month.

Responsible for planning, stocking, warehousing and distribution of spares part for APAC distribution center and ensure that system is setup to optimize operations. Subject mater expert for SAP processes related to MM and SD modules.Key Achievements- Receive STAR award for implementing the DRP planning framework for Spares part distribution in Australia, India, New Zealand and Thailand - Significant improvement of Service level for Spares Part availability across APAC from 40-60% to 95% within 6 months with 100% improvement in inventory turnover.- Created Spares part database for all equipment which had a significant impact to business operations, customer satisfaction level as well as being an enabler for launching a Sales program.

Responsible for material supplies from Asia outsourced supplier in a high mix low volume environment. Working closely with suppliers to optimize supply chain and minimize/mitigate disruption to the business in order to create a win-win outcome.Key Achievements- Successfully lead the transfer of product line between suppliers without any disruption to supply chain with annual cost saving of $500K and ROI of 0.5 year.- Reduction in ordering cost and lead time by conducting a series of lean workshop and implementation of lean concept at supplier site- Lead a workshop with service department to create a framework for the management of service parts throughout the lifecycle of the product- Appointed chairman of Asia supply base team to oversee supplier performance, develop and drive strategic mid-term goals.
